Rachel has been involved in health and fitness for over 20 years. She started as a carer before training as a nurse and complementary therapist. She has run a successful therapy business in West Sussex and Hampshire since 2004, providing quality effective massage and other therapies in the comfort and privacy of her home clinic.
Following her passion for fitness, she became a zumba instructor in march 2014, further developing her skills into becoming a fitness instructor. Sadly she had to stop teaching such high intensity classes in 2016 but still enjoys the challenge of other people's classes!
Pilates has always been a passion and she began teaching again 4 years ago. In 2018, Rachel will be furthering her qualifications with the new approacj of Fitness Pilates.
Rachel qualified as a Fitness Yoga instructor in 2016, which takes traditional forms of yoga and brings out the fitness, flexibility and strength elements into a class to stretch and challenge all levels of ability.
