Pilates - Using standing and work down on the mats to strenghten and tone your muscles. Less impact on joints than zumba but just as tough! We focus on linking breath and movement, maintaining good posture and making all exercises as effective and impactful as possible.
Fitness Yoga - Taking traditional yoga and approaching it from a fitness perspective. That means it is more accessible for people who have never tried it before or do not feel comfortable with the "spiritual' aspect". We are focusing on strength and flexibilty using the postures / poses in a practical way. Every class includes relaxation too.
Stretch Class - This class includes gentle stretching of your muscles to ease away tension and increase felxibility. all yoga or pilates classes have a short stretch element but to fous for a whole session on stretchig and relaxing is so beneficial.
