Pilates - Using standing and work down on the mats to strenghten and tone your muscles. Less impact on joints than zumba but just as tough! We focus on linking breath and movement, maintaining good posture and making all exercises as effective and impactful as possible.
Fitness Yoga - Taking traditional yoga and approaching it from a fitness perspective. That means it is more accessible for people who have never tried it before or do not feel comfortable with the "spiritual' aspect. We are focusing on strength and flexibilty using the postures / poses in a practical way. Every class includes relaxation too.
With all my classes, I keep the numbers small so that I can give you individual attention and ensure you get the most out of every class. No previous experience necessary
You are very welcome to pop along before a class to discuss your needs and have a look at the hall but I would ask that you dont stay and watch a class. This can be very offputting and invasive for those who are overcoming their own personal challenges.
