My mission is to provide a balanced programme of classes to help you feel better and enjoy life more.


The programme includes the well known and loved strength-focused PILATES and a 'fexibility and strength' focused FITNESS YOGA session.


You don't have to have done any of these before so please don't be put off!! All classes are 'multi-level' and adapted to make it and achievable challenge for everyone individually.   Come along and have a go!
